Medals for two confreres

The Papua New Guinea Government bestowed the 30th year of Independence Medal on late Br. Cassius HIRTZ in recognition of his efforts for the well being of the people of the Bogia area and food distribution to the Manam victims. The medal with a letter was forwarded to Br. Cassius’ family in Germany.

On September 29th, the Simbu Provincial Government awarded Fr. Joe SACKITE (Ghana) two medals in recognition of his services in the Simbu Province.
